...If that were all it was, then it would have been appropriate. I'm not saying he had to like the product, maybe it is in fact shit - I don't know... But that's not exactly what happened here. I'm simply saying that adding the verbiage that he did in the original post, addressing Dave personally and directly, and telling him to take the post as a "serious complaint" means that the intent of the post was not a product review, but a public calling out of another member before an attempt to settle things was made via email/phone. I already outlined the appropriate way to handle the product and money issue while still making others aware of your opinion on the product here.
